Terms of Service

MessageKro is a product and service operated by Clousor Technologies Private Limited ("Clousor", "we", "us", or "our"), which is the legal operator responsible for the MessageKro platform.

MessageKro provides team workflow software that connects eligible business accounts to Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform. By creating an account or using a workspace, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and lawful use

You must use MessageKro only for lawful, legitimate business communication. You are responsible for obtaining and recording recipient consent, honouring opt-outs, using approved templates when required, maintaining accurate account information, and complying with applicable law and the current Meta and WhatsApp terms and policies.

Connected services

MessageKro is an independent product and is not Meta or WhatsApp. WhatsApp connectivity, account eligibility, template approval, messaging charges, delivery, quality ratings, and account enforcement are controlled by Meta. Google sign-in, optional Google integrations, and Razorpay billing for legacy paid customers are also governed by their providers’ terms.

Pilot access and charges

During the open pilot, MessageKro software access is free until the pilot ends. Meta messaging charges may apply independently. We may close, limit, or change the pilot after giving reasonable notice where practical. Pilot workspaces may become read-only when the pilot closes. Existing paid subscriptions remain governed by their existing billing arrangement unless separately changed.

Suspension and messaging limits

We may block a message, restrict features, make a workspace read-only, or suspend access to protect recipients, comply with provider requirements, prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, respond to security risks, or meet legal obligations. A blocked or queued message is not guaranteed to be delivered.

User responsibility and risk

You are responsible for message content, recipient lists, template variables, campaign timing, team-member access, connected account actions, and resulting complaints or account restrictions. Do not use MessageKro for spam, purchased lists, deception, harassment, unlawful content, or attempts to bypass provider controls.

Customer data and deletion

You authorize us and our service providers to process workspace data as needed to operate and secure MessageKro. Workspace owners may request deletion through support. Deletion is subject to identity verification and records that must be retained for security, disputes, legal obligations, provider reconciliation, or backups, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service provided as-is

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a specific purpose, or error-free performance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MessageKro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for data loss, business interruption, or account restrictions.

Governing framework

These terms are intended to align with Indian legal principles including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable data protection obligations. This page is informational and not legal advice.
