Privacy Policy

MessageKro is a product and service operated by Clousor Technologies Private Limited ("Clousor", "we", "us", or "our"), which is the legal operator responsible for the MessageKro platform.

MessageKro collects and processes data to provide and secure the service, including account management, customer support, operational logs, connected WhatsApp account configuration, and legacy billing administration where applicable.

Data we process

We may process account identity and business profile data, team membership, contact names and phone numbers, message content and delivery status, approved template metadata, follow-up and campaign data, consent or opt-out records, billing metadata for existing paid customers, security events, and product diagnostics. You control the customer data submitted through your workspace.

Purpose and legal basis

We process data to provide the service you request, secure accounts, prevent abuse, enforce messaging limits and opt-outs, support customers, and meet legal obligations. Where consent is required, you and your workspace are responsible for collecting and recording valid recipient consent before messaging.

Retention

Workspace, message, campaign, delivery, audit, and billing records are retained while needed to operate the service, investigate abuse or disputes, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Retention may differ by record type and connected provider. When an account or workspace is deleted, we remove or de-identify data that is no longer required, subject to backups, fraud prevention, legal holds, and statutory retention duties.

Third-party processors

Meta processes WhatsApp account, template, message, and delivery data through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Google may process identity data when you choose Google sign-in and, only for separately enabled integrations, authorized Google workspace data. Razorpay processes payment and billing data for legacy paid customers. Hosting, database, email, queue, and monitoring providers process the minimum operational data required for their services. Each provider operates under its own terms and privacy practices.

Deletion and access requests

Workspace owners may ask to access, correct, export, or delete their account and workspace data by emailing hello@messagekro.com or support@messagekro.com. For detailed step-by-step instructions on revoking Meta permissions and deleting your data, please see our User Data Deletion Instructions. We may verify identity and authority before acting. Requests cannot override records we must retain by law, for security, or to resolve disputes. Deleting MessageKro data does not automatically delete data held independently by Meta, Google, Razorpay, or your message recipients.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards; however, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

Your responsibilities

You must ensure recipient data and message content have a valid legal basis, obtain opt-in where required, honour opt-outs, protect workspace access, and follow applicable law and Meta policies. You must not submit sensitive or unlawful content that the service is not designed to handle.
